About: The Indian Institute of Architects (IIA) - Rajasthan Chapter

The Indian Institute of Architects (IIA) is the National body of Architects in the country. Established in 1917, the institute today has more than 20,000 members and plays a major role in promoting the profession of architecture by organising and uniting the Architects of India to promote aesthetic, scientific and practical efficiency of the profession both in Practice and in Education.

IIA has 23 chapters, 54 Centres & 18 Sub centres.

Out of these various arms of the central IIA body, it’s our proud & privilege to convey that IIA Rajasthan chapter is one of the most vibrant chapter having to its credit the experience of successfully organising ARCAsia- a 21 Asian countries Architects Association - Forum & Roundtable meetings, NATCON & 2 YAFs the prestigious & distinguishing events in the realm of architecture profession.

We continuously strive to empower the architecture profession & education by organising series of events round the year like Knowledge Sharing Series (KSS) & Social Interactive Series fostering the camaraderie.

Apart from these we are invited by various Govt. agencies over matters of public welfare by means of sharing insights on bye laws formulation & other policy development initiatives.
